Representation Information Repository
The Representation Information Repository is a tool maintained by the Digital Curation Centre (DCC). It records the representation information (e.g. file format, structural information and semantic metadata), required to interpret an archived digital object. It assists data curators in populating the relevant technical preservation metadata fields for digital objects being preserved.
