METSRights - Schema for Rights Declaration
METSRights is an XML schema designed to record basic administrative metadata about the intellectual rights associated with a digital object or its parts. It has been designed as an Extension Schema for use with METS. It is intended as an interim measure while more comprehensive Rights Expression Languages are being developed and debated.
