Cyberlibel
Cyberlibel describes any defamation that takes place on the Internet, whether on a weblog, in a website, email, message board or in a published article accessible online. It is complicated by the fact that the Internet knows no national boundaries or legal jurisdictions and what may be libellous in some countries may not be in others; as yet case law is limited.
